Due to the unexpected downtime and problems experienced recently the OctoInkjet site has been updated to provide a status monitor for the WICReset service. This is provided on all product pages that include a WICReset/iWIC key
(eg: http://www.octoinkjetco.uk/keys/ )
Hopefully there won’t be a repeat but this will at least provide a useful reference to indicate if there is a known problem or not.
