There is currently a known issue with our custom version of WICReset (version 3.45.0000 – Aug 2 2013) which can generate an “unhandled exception” error.
We are waiting for an updated version to deal with this issue and will update shortly.
In the meantime you can download and use the main WICReset utility (version 3.50.7000 – Sep 13 2013) by clicking this link.
Note: Both utilities use the same keys so any keys purchased from OctoInkjet will work with either version.
