Windows 11 does work with the WICReset app/utility but it’s critical that you install the Epson driver from the Epson support site for your printer. The default Microsoft driver for Windows 11 does not allow the WICReset app to communicate properly with the printer to allow it to reset the waste counter, etc…

So, make sure you install the driver for your Windows version from the Epson support website before you try to use the WICReset app.
