Issues with the WICReset service being unavailable/offline were resolved early morning Sunday 25th July 2021. Server admins have asked us to pass on their apologies for the inconvenience caused.
A series of upgrades was required to resolve the issues being experienced and this was completed over the weekend.

As at time of writing the WICReset server and service have been experiencing a number of periods of downtime where neither is available.
We are waiting for some update on what is happening but currently we’re seeing the service down for as little as 10 minutes and sometimes offline for most of a day. The issue has been ongoing since Wednesday 21st July and as yet we’ve not received any information on cause.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused but this is something we can’t influence directly.
