WICReset service back online
Following a significant server outage between 26th and 27th October (2018) the WICReset service is now back online and appears to be working properly again. Apologies for the downtime.

A new version of WICReset has been released as 5.0.18 Mar 3 2017. Some additional functionality has been added by the developers but we’re checking those details so we can clarify exactly that that functionality does/is.
