Steps 2 & 3 are no longer required…
- Extract File
- Follow “Extract All” wizard
- Reset Utility loads up
- Printer not detected?
- Printer detected. Control options available.
- Click button to read waste ink counter
- Read waste counter – status bar
- Waste counter read successfully
- Reset required? Check the print queue
- Locate and open “Printers”
- Check print queue for your chosen device
- Open print queue
- Cancel and pending print jobs
- Cleared print queue
- Resetting waste counter
- Enter reset key
- Wait for reset to complete
- Printer reset. Turn off the printer
- Reset Success
- Confirm reset
